Wellness Week will change your life.

I believe that, because it changed mine.

In 2021 I had this epiphany that would change my life.

I was banging my head against the wall. I had all these lofty goals, and I was trying to figure out how I was possibly going to achieve them all.

Then one day, the answer came to me.

I knew if I could just perform at my peak level more consistently, I’d increase the odds of hitting my goals.

I needed real, lasting changes, not a spark that fizzled out in a few weeks. I wanted to be BETTER, FASTER, MORE ENERGIZED, and I needed it to last.

So I got to work and spent countless hours researching and designing the ideal protocol that balanced impact, with the constraints of a busy life. Maximum results, without taking over my life.

I called it Wellness Weeks.

It was simple. Each month began with 5 transformative days dedicated to improving my physical and mental well-being. This turned out to be manageable, while still providing the consistency and frequency that led to HUGE impact.

5 days a week x 12 months = 60 extra days dedicated to self improvement a year.

Each day during Wellness Week, I would follow a protocol of 7 science-backed activities proven to improve well-being.

The results were UNREAL. I was sharper, more confident, more energized and less stressed than I’d ever been. And it was consistent. Before the 'boost' started to fade, another Wellness Week came around.

I created Wellness Weeks to help me improve my own life - and I had a BANGER year - started a company, raised capital, made new friends, reached ambitious fitness goals, and so much more.

People have asked if they could join in, so here we are.

I made The Wellness Week Challenge so anyone who wanted to have the best year of their life could get access to the tools, knowledge and accountability to make it happen.

Here’s how it works.

Sign up. I email you a reminder before each Wellness Week and each day during the week with the protocol. I also send you easy to understand material explaining the science and benefits behind each protocol. You’ll do a Wellness Week each month for a year. Don’t worry about being perfect, just do your best.

I’m doing this because it made a hugely positive impact on my life, and if I can help others, that will make me feel good.

There’s a small fee because 1) it took me a long time to do this and 2) I want people to take it seriously.
