What is The Wellness Week Challenge?

It's 5-days a month dedicated to improving your well-being by doing science-based practices that easily fit into your schedule. The Challenge is 12 months long.

How does The Challenge work?

The Wellness Week Challenge is a year-long program designed to help you have a healthier, happier life. The program is delivered via email.

Each month begins with a Wellness Week. Each day during a Wellness Week follows a protocol of 7 science-backed activities for improving your well-being. You will receive emails throughout the course with reminders, tips and tricks, and other evidence-based wellness practices for improving your well-being.

Do I have to do the whole year?

You can try it for a few months, but I'd highly encourage you to stick with it for an entire year. Is it difficult? Yes, most people will find it challenging, simply because of the consistency required to follow through each month. I cannot overstate how much you will grow as a person through this experience. You will level up in so many ways that you'll likely be unrecognizable by the end of the Challenge. I know you can do it!

Is The Challenge suitable for beginners?

The Wellness Week Challenge is simple, yet effective. It will benefit participants of all levels.

Do I need any special equipment?

No. The Wellness Week Challenge is designed so anyone can participate, from any location.

Why am I not receiving emails?

There's two potential reasons:

1) make sure you add thewellnessweekchallenge@gmail.com to your contacts.

2) if you registered after the month started, you may be a few weeks away from your first Wellness Week. In the meantime, you should receive some other emails with other wellness tips.

What is the refund policy?

Given the nature of the program, we do not offer refunds.
